Konstantin advises investors and startups on venture capital transactions and on all matters of corporate law.
In addition, he focuses on advising regulated financial institutions.
Education and Career
Konstantin studied law at Humboldt University of Berlin and Queen Mary University of London. Afterwards he worked as a research assistant in the corporate and venture capital practice of an international law firm. Konstantin completed his legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal, including stations at the Federal Ministry of Justice and at Hengeler Mueller. Prior to joining SMP, he worked for the smartphone bank N26 as Legal Advisor.
