Susanna advises investors in connection with investments in open- and closed-end funds with a strong focus on investments by large public investors, private institutional investors and family offices in European and non-European private equity and venture capital funds.
In addition, she specializes in advising initiators of private equity and venture capital funds on all matters relating to German and international tax law.
Education and Career
Susanna studied law in Berlin and Sheffield. She then worked for a Member of Parliament and as a research assistant for an international law firm in the litigation practice group.
Her legal traineeship at the Berlin Higher Regional Court included stints at a major German law firm focusing on corporate law and at the Federal Chancellery.
