Ali advises technology companies and venture capital investors on every aspect of IP protection, commercialisation, and enforcement. Her work spans the full spectrum of the team’s practice—covering acquisitions, licensing, manufacturing, distribution, services contracts, and consumer terms. She also develops and implements international IP strategies, guiding clients through complex issues across multiple jurisdictions.
With a strong focus on VC-backed and early-stage businesses, Ali is particularly active in the foodtech, agritech, digital health, hotels, and hospitality sectors.
Education and Career
Ali studied Human Geography at the University of Sussex before completing her law conversion course. She trained at Withers, an international private client firm, where she gained broad experience across a range of practice areas. Building on this foundation, Ali went on to develop her focus on intellectual property and commercial matters.
