Ali is a Senior Associate in the London IP/IT/Data Protection team. She typically advises IP-rich technology companies and venture capital investors on all aspects of IP rights protection, commercialisation, and enforcement. Her work spans the full spectrum of the team's work, including IP structuring and licensing, and commercial contracts. In addition, she works closely with clients to develop and implement international IP protection strategies. Ali has a strong focus on VC-funded and high-growth companies, particularly in the foodtech, agritech, and hospitality sectors.
Education and Career
Ali studied Human Geography at the University of Sussex before graduating in Law. Before joining YPOG, Ali worked as an Associate at Withers (international law firm) in the IP/Commercial team.
