At YPOG, we are committed to diversity, critical of intolerance, and go through the world with open eyes. To actively implement these values, our informal Queers and Allies get-together takes place at regular intervals at all three locations. The safe spaces of our diversity group Queer@YPOG offer you a protected space away from the office. We support various initiatives such as ALICE and the Uhlala Group and are a signatory to the Diversity Charter. Our goal is to be a queer-positive company.


We want to actively create an environment in which women can and want to take on leadership roles. To this end, we have launched the W@Y Forward initiative (short for “Women@YPOG”). It addresses issues that affect women at YPOG in various working groups. In addition, the initiative also looks outwards and focuses on networking and exchanging ideas with women in the law firm and start-up fields. With regular events such as the *Innen-Sicht (“Inside View”), we create a platform where women can network and support each other. We are also a long-standing sponsor of PANDA Law, a network for the promotion of women in management positions, and supporter of the breaking.through initiative.

Apply to YPOG

You can upload your application documents using our online form. Transparency is very important to us. We provide you with comprehensive information about what makes us tick and what it's like to work for us. We would therefore be delighted if you could also provide us with some information about yourself. We ask for your CV, your references, and a brief background to your application, for example, when you could start with us. A cover letter is not necessary.  

What happens next with your application?

Once we have received your application, we will get back to you within a week. If we are interested in your profile, we will meet for an initial interview - virtually, if you wish.

If the first meeting is promising for you and for us, we will invite you to a second meeting in one of our offices.

We try to organize the application process with as few appointments as possible and to make all interviews flexible for you in terms of time and location. However, you should certainly have the opportunity to meet your future team in person and get an impression of your desired on-site location.

By the way... YPOG we are on a first-name basis from the very beginning - you are welcome to dispense with the formal "you" (“Sie” auf Deutsch) in your application.
