Annika advises on all matters related to ongoing taxation and tax structuring, in particular in connection with venture capital and private equity funds.
Education and Career
Annika studied law, specialising in corporate and tax law, at Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main and at University of Potsdam. While working, she completed a Master's degree in ‘LL.M. Corporate and Tax Law’ at the University of Potsdam. Before joining YPOG, she worked as a research assistant in a leading international law and tax consultancy firm specialising in corporate and tax law.
