Asya is a Project Lawyer in Corporate/M&A at YPOG. In her role, she ensures structured, efficient and reliable project execution. She is a key point of contact for investors and companies, as well as for colleagues across the team.
She completed her studies in business law at the Berlin University of Applied Sciences and went on to earn an LL.M. from Hamburger Fern-Hochschule (Hamburg Distance Learning University) alongside her professional career. Prior to joining YPOG, she worked as a business lawyer in the automotive industry, where she gained solid hands-on experience in a corporate environment.
