Camilla advises investors on investments in private equity and venture capital funds. Her further areas of expertise include start‑up advisory, questions relating to the place of management as well as to the management permanent establishment, the structuring of employee participation programs, and tax advice to investment funds within the meaning of the German Investment Tax Act (InvStG).
Education and Career
Camilla completed her Bachelor's degree in Economics and Politics at HTW Berlin and discovered her preference for tax law. She then decided to complete her Master's degree in International Business Administration with a focus on tax law at the European University Viadrina (Frankfurt Oder). During her studies, she spent two semesters abroad in Copenhagen and Paris (Sciences Po). After graduating, Camilla worked at Flick Gocke Schaumburg. She was appointed as a certified tax advisor in April 2024.
