Conner has been curious about technology for a long time: As a child, he taught himself software development. He later deepened this interest through a dual degree program in computer science and gained practical experience in software development before working as a full-stack software developer in the legal tech sector for around two years.
At YPOG, Conner develops new software solutions that automate and sustainably improve existing processes. For him, it is not only about what users need, but above all about understanding the actual pain point behind it. Based on this, he develops solutions that are clean, reliable, and as uncomplicated as possible.
When it comes to technical questions, Conner is a versatile point of contact and is also explicitly happy to have conversations on a “nerdy” level. In his collaboration with others, he focuses on mutual support, constructively challenging one another, and maintaining high quality standards.
