Dr. Tim Walter

Education and Career

Tim studied law in Bonn and Prague. After completing his doctorate at the University of Cologne on processing fees in corporate loan agreements, he completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf. Before joining YPOG, he was a senior associate at Hengeler Mueller in Düsseldorf, specialising in M&A and private equity. Tim is a co-lecturer for corporate law in the master's programme “Business Law” at the University of Münster (JurGrad).
