This guiding principle accompanies Karl in his day-to-day work and shapes his understanding of service, appreciation, and collaboration. As a Workplace Assistant, Karl supports the reception team in Berlin and ensures that everyday office operations run smoothly. Before joining YPOG, he gained valuable experience through training as a hotel specialist, followed by a second qualification as a restaurant specialist. He then spent three years working in the gourmet food sector and later took on the role of Deputy Restaurant Manager. The satisfaction of the YPOGees and our external guests is particularly important to him. Always ready to listen, Karl offers his support wherever it is needed.
