Karolina advises on fund structuring. Her practice focuses in particular on advising managers of venture capital and private equity funds on domestic and international fund structures, as well as on all related legal matters.
Education and Career
Karolina studied law in Göttingen and spent semesters abroad in England and Spain. She subsequently worked as a research assistant at P+P Pöllath + Partners in the Investment Funds practice and obtained an LL.M. in South Africa. She completed her legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal (Kammergericht), including placements at the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development and at Von Wobeser y Sierra S.C. in Mexico City, where she worked in the Corporate practice.
