Whether it is fully booked flights, missing hotel rooms or documents lost in the mail, Lilli always finds a solution. As a trained foreign language correspondent with many years of professional experience in office management, she has built up extensive expertise that now supports her work as an assistant to the Cologne Corporate and M&A team led by Johannes Janning. Lilli coordinates all appointments, manages travel arrangements and takes care of onboarding new clients as well as handling billing processes. With a strong sense of organization and a calm, solution‑oriented approach, she ensures that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. In many ways, Lilli makes everyday work easier for her colleagues. She is a true all‑rounder and, on top of that, a particularly warm and approachable person who is greatly appreciated by the team.
