Lukas advises domestic and international companies on ongoing and structural tax matters. His focus is on the taxation of venture capital and private equity funds. In addition, he has extensive expertise in VAT law and supports clients with complex VAT-related matters in both domestic and international settings.
Education and Career
Lukas has a solid background in economics with degrees from the Goethe University in Frankfurt and the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz. During his studies, he gained practical experience at the Chair of Corporate Governance. Before joining YPOG, he initially worked as a project finance analyst at EY and later as a senior associate in the area of VAT consulting at PwC.
