Matthias has a real enthusiasm for numbers and loves getting others excited about them, too. After completing his part-time degree in Business Administration with a focus on Controlling and Business Valuation at FOM in Cologne, his career took him through a variety of industries, from advertising and communications via GS1 Germany and digital out-of-home.
At YPOG, Matthias takes a close look at budgets, KPIs, and reporting. Not because numbers are exciting just for the sake of it, but because he wants to understand what lies behind them. Making complex connections easy to understand, discovering new perspectives, and turning data into insights that actually help people move forward: that’s what makes controlling interesting to him.
