Moritz advises companies, financial investors and founders on M&A and venture capital transactions as well as on all aspects of corporate law.
Education and Career
Moritz studied law in Munich and Lausanne. After his studies, he worked as a research assistant at Latham & Watkins. He completed his legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich with stations at Noerr and at the venture capital investor HV Capital, among others.
Before joining YPOG, Moritz was General Counsel at the space tech company constellr.
