Niklas advises private clients and family offices as well as medium-sized and large companies on all ongoing and structural tax matters.
Education and Career
Niklas studied tax law at the University of Applied Sciences for Finance in Nordkirchen, which is part of the tax administration of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia. He also finalized the executive Master's degree in Laws (LL.M.) in "Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions" at the FOM University of Economics & Management in Essen.
Since 2024, he has been working as a tax consultant. Prior to his position at YPOG, he worked for audalis Kohler Punge & Partner in Dortmund and as a corporate tax consultant at Vonovia SE in the Tax Litigation Team.
