Richard's area of expertise is corporate law, with a particular focus on advising and executing venture capital, private equity and other M&A transactions. He provides comprehensive support to founders and their start-ups, from the initial company formation, through various venture capital financing rounds, to a successful exit.
Education and Career
Richard studied law in Greifswald and Berlin and completed his legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal (Kammergericht). He successfully passed his second state examination in February 2025.
