As Director of Tech + Automation at YPOG, Sabine shapes the firm’s technological foundation – today and with a clear focus on the future. She is responsible both for the firm’s core IT infrastructure, ensuring secure and reliable operations, while also driving the strategic expansion of automation, proprietary tools, and digital products.
Sabine drives the development of tailored solutions that streamline internal processes, safeguard quality, and deliver measurable efficiency gains. At the same time, she sets clear guardrails for the responsible use of AI – secure, well‑governed, and fully aligned with data protection requirements, client confidentiality, and regulatory standards.

IT is about family
Before becoming part of YPOG, Sabine worked as a Microsoft trainer across Germany for almost 10 years. She then took a senior position in IT at Flick Gocke Schaumburg. There she was head of the helpdesk. The idea of working together at the highest level and in a familiar atmosphere led Sabine to YPOG.
Sabine is also co-founder and head of the Queer Initiative at YPOG.
