For Sabine, IT is first and foremost about trust, reliability and close collaboration. She sees technology as a connecting element that supports people. As Director Tech + Automation at YPOG, Sabine is responsible for the firm’s technological infrastructure, combining secure and stable operations with the strategic development of systems and solutions. She oversees core IT as the foundation of an efficient and reliable working environment, while at the same time driving the targeted expansion of automation, in‑house tools and digital products. Her focus is on tailored solutions that simplify internal processes, safeguard quality and enable sustainable efficiency gains. In doing so, she sets clear guidelines for the responsible use of AI, always ensuring it is secure, controlled and fully aligned with data protection, client confidentiality and regulatory requirements. Beyond her professional role, Sabine is a co founder and leads the Queer Initiative at YPOG, where she actively promotes openness, diversity and an inclusive firm culture.
