Sarah is active in the field of fund structuring. She primarily advises managers of venture capital and private equity funds on domestic and international structuring and all related matters.
Education and Career
Sarah studied law at Humboldt University in Berlin. Afterwards, she worked for several years as a research assistant in the private funds team at P+P Pöllath + Partners and completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) at Leiden University in the Netherlands. During her legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal, she gained valuable experience at Hogan Lovells.
