Bryan is an Associate in YPOG’s London Corporate team, specialising in venture capital and M&A transactions. He works closely with founders, start-ups, and investors, advising on a range of corporate matters, including financing rounds, acquisitions, joint ventures, exits, and cross-border transactions.
Education and Career
Bryan studied law at the University of Surrey (LLB) and University College London (LLM, specialising in Corporate Law). Prior to joining YPOG, he completed his training contract at Withers, which included a seat with the Withers Tech team.
