As a business informatics specialist and Junior Manager for Digital Transformation at YPOG, he works right at the intersection where technology meets real business challenges. He develops low-code applications, automates end-to-end business processes, integrates systems via APIs, and implements AI-driven solutions that provide tangible relief for business teams. In doing so, he always keeps the bigger picture in mind: data structures, standards, reusability, and whether a solution is not only effective today but also sustainable in the long term.
What sets him apart from many others is that he does not stop once a solution is technically complete. He supports implementations, trains teams, and ensures that new tools and processes are not only rolled out, but truly embedded in day-to-day work. Because automation that no one uses is not an improvement.
Before joining YPOG, Singh worked on international IT transformation projects for a global retail group, supporting digital products from initial idea through to launch. This experience continues to shape his approach today: business-focused, clear in execution, and consistent in delivering results.
