Vanessa provides advice on all ongoing and structural tax matters. Her focus lies on venture capital and private equity. Vanessa's clients include private clients, medium-sized and large companies, funds, startups as well as individual and corporate investors.
Education and Career
Vanessa is a trained legal/notarial assistant (Rechtsanwalts- und Notarfachangestellte). She pursued part-time studies of business law with a focus on tax law and accounting at Cologne University of Applied Sciences. Vanessa also finalized the executive Master-class "LL.M. Unternehmenssteuerrecht" at the University of Cologne. Before joining YPOG, she worked for SMP, at the Federal Central Tax Office (Bundeszentralamt für Steuern) and at a law and tax firm.
