Benjamin is active in the area of fund structuring. He primarily advises managers of venture capital and private equity funds on domestic and foreign structuring and all related issues.
Education and Career
Benjamin studied law at the University of Münster and at the Humboldt University in Berlin. He then worked as a research assistant at our predecessor law firm SMP and at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in the Corporate / M&A department. He completed his legal traineeship at the Berlin Court of Appeals (Kammergericht), including stations in Cape Town as well as at KENFO - Fonds zur Finanzierung der Kerntechnischen Entsorgung (Fund for the Financing of Nuclear Waste Disposal).
