In his next position, he expanded his skill set to the frontend and has since been working as a full‑stack developer. At YPOG, David develops stable and user‑friendly software applications for both employees and clients. He believes that technology should not only work reliably but also feel intuitive and provide real support in day-to-day work. In his projects, he places particular emphasis on clean architecture and pragmatic solutions, while always keeping the bigger picture in mind. In collaboration, David values clear communication, well‑reasoned decisions and a culture of openness and continuous learning. He enjoys contributing his own ideas and approaches tasks with the goal of fully understanding the “what” and “why” first. Through quality, collaboration and technical know-how, he aims to contribute to a motivating team environment.
