Jonas advises companies, financial investors and founders on M&A and venture capital transactions.
Education and Career
Jonas studied law at the University of Bayreuth. After graduating, he worked as a research assistant in the Corporate/M&A practice of an international law firm in Berlin.
Jonas completed his legal clerkship (Referendariat) at the Higher Regional Court of Brandenburg. During this time, he undertook placements at the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy, where he worked in a department responsible for the management of selected federal shareholdings, and at an international law firm in Madrid, focusing on corporate law.
