Jonas advises corporates, financial investors and start-ups on M&A and venture capital transactions as well as all matters of corporate law.
Education and Career
Jonas studied law at Bucerius Law School (Hamburg), at the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella (Buenos Aires), and at the European University Institute (Florence). During his legal traineeship, Jonas worked for the District Court of Berlin, the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy, and the European Commission (DG Competition). Before joining YPOG, Jonas was an Associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where he advised clients on the regulatory aspects of complex Private Equity transactions (particularly in the areas of antitrust and foreign investment control).

- Union Investment on the acquisition of eight Amazon-logistic centers
- Saint-Gobain on the divestments of its building materials distribution businesses in Germany and the Netherlands
