Julius advises investors, startups, and companies on venture capital, private equity, and other M&A transactions, as well as on all matters of corporate law. He also advises on articles of association and corporate reorganization law, as well as on capital markets law issues.
Education and Career
Julius studied at the University of Münster and the Texas Tech University School of Law in the United States. After earning his doctorate from the University of Münster and Stellenbosch University in South Africa, he completed his legal clerkship at the Berlin Kammergericht, including placements at the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action and at White & Case LLP in Hong Kong. Before joining YPOG, Julius worked as a research assistant at several international law firms.
