Kate has experience across a broad range of cross-border corporate matters and specializes in venture capital, private equity and M&A transactions. She advises investors, start-ups and other companies in day-to-day corporate law, financing rounds, acquisitions, joint ventures and exits.
Education and Career
Kate completed her Masters of Science at the London School of Economics in Commercial and Financial Regulation and her undergraduate degree at the University of Edinburgh in International Relations.
Prior to joining YPOG, Kate worked at two major US law firms in London focusing on private equity, growth equity and M&A transactions.
