Education and Career

Martin studied law in combination with Additional Sudies in Economics course (WiwiZ) at the University of Bayreuth. After completing his studies, Martin worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Public Law, Legal Dogmatic and Legal Didactic and at the Research Centre for Family Business (FoFamU) while working on his doctorate. In addition, he was also involved as a student supervisor of the WiwiZ and, at times, of the degree programme "Law and Business (LL.B.)". Among others during his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court Bamberg, he worked at an internationally operating law firm in Munich in tax law.

In his dissertation project, Martin is dealing with the legal classification of the so-called family constitution, a document for controlling governance in the overall system of a family business.
