“Life is too short for maybe tomorrow.” For Nathalie, this thought reflects her mindset of taking initiative, embracing responsibility and actively shaping things rather than postponing them. It has accompanied her throughout her professional journey and shapes her approach to collaboration and organization. After completing a dual degree in Business Administration with a focus on tourism, she began her career in group and event management within the hospitality industry. In 2020, her curiosity and strong organizational skills led her to join YPOG. At YPOG, Nathalie ensures that her teams can work smoothly and efficiently. As an assistant, she brings together organizational, administrative and interpersonal threads: she keeps track of projects, invoices, calendars and team dynamics, making sure that everything comes together seamlessly. Organization, coordination and structure are just as important to her as a strong, collaborative team spirit. She also greatly enjoys planning and organizing team events. Nathalie is known for her sense of humor and a healthy dose of self-irony and sarcasm. Her open nature, strong team spirit and, not least, her office dog Lutz, who regularly provides small moments of relaxation, are especially appreciated.
