YPOG advises AMANA on the acquisition by LucaNet

Berlin – YPOG provided comprehensive legal advice to the founders of AMANA Consulting GmbH on the exit to LucaNet AG. With the acquisition of AMANA as the leading software provider for financial reporting and tax solutions in Europe, LucaNet underlines the importance of the segment "Disclosure Management" and sustainably strengthens its global market position for Corporate Performance Management (CPM), especially in the areas of tax compliance and tax reporting.

As part of the LucaNet group, thanks to the broad solution portfolio, international orientation, and maturity of the global organization, AMANA will reach new customers and better meet the needs of the existing customer base.

Both companies have been working successfully in close cooperation since 2015 and offer their customers joint solutions, such as the "SmartNotes" and "XBRL-Tagger" tools, which optimally complement LucaNet solutions with extensive functions for business and financial reporting as well as digital transmission.
