YPOG advises Zenjob on €45 million financing round


Berlin – A YPOG Team co-led by Benjamin Ullrich and Adrian Haase comprehensively advised Berlin-based recruitment startup Zenjob on its latest financing round. The round has a total volume of €45 million and was led by Aragon Global, with renewed participation of existing investors such as Acton Capital, Atlantic Labs, Forestay and AXA Venture Partners.

Zenjob offers a digital staffing marketplace that pairs workers with matching side jobs in a growing number of industries, including e-commerce, logistics, retail and the service industries. To date, the company has placed over one million jobs in Germany and the Netherlands. The fresh money will be used for the European expansion of the company. To this end, Zenjob will launch in the UK this year and continue to invest in new European markets. Zenjob will also extend its operations in Germany and the Netherlands. Moreover, the technology platform will be advanced in order to provide new data-driven automatization possibilities for the fast-growing customer base of Zenjob. In addition to more job categories, also the team will be upsized.
