Berlin – As of July 2021, YPOG will strengthen its Team with Lilly Fiedler, a lawyer and notary public with a doctorate in law. Fiedler will join YPOG as a partner, expanding the firm's partner base to 16. Lilly will be focusing on notarial services, offering the full range of notarial services, including corporate law and real estate law, supplemented by advice and structuring in inheritance law, inter alia corporate succession, and family law. In order to strengthen this new business area, additional employees will join the YPOG Team. As a law firm with predominantly digital processes, YPOG will also focus on the implementation of comprehensive digital processes with regard to notarial services as well.

About Lilly Fiedler
Lilly Fiedler studied law in Freiburg, Montreal and London (including a summer study visit to Beijing). After her legal clerkship in Freiburg, with stints in Frankfurt, London and Berlin, and her doctorate degree on the topic of "Class Actions for the Enforcement of European Antitrust Law", Fiedler joined Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Berlin as an associate in 2009, where she worked as a Counsel specializing in antitrust law in her last position. During her time at the major international law firm, she was involved in a number of national and international transactions with a focus on competition and antitrust law and completed secondments in London and Dusseldorf. Lilly Fiedler passed her notary exam in 2019.
Lilly Fiedler is also committed to the topic of female leadership. She is the founder of a successful women's network that has been operating in Berlin for around ten years.
