25 percent stake of German Fintech company TTMzero acquired by United Fintech



Berlin – While working at SMP, members of the YPOG team advised the shareholders of the German FinTech company TTMzero on the acquisition of a 25 percent stake by United Fintech. United Fintech intends to increase its shareholding to 80% over the next three years. The partnership is intended to leverage the full potential of both platforms. According to TTMzero, United Fintech's expertise in sales, marketing and distribution will be used to scale the company's business and global reach. Martin Schaper, Frederik Gärtner and Malte Bergmann together with Konstantin Häfner provided comprehensive legal and tax advice in connection with the acquisition of the stake by United Fintech and the subsequent partnership.

TTMzero is a technology and software company based in Berlin-Brandenburg with more than 25 employees. It operates in the area of RegTech and Capital Markets Tech for the finance industry. The product portfolio for financial institutions includes a variety of real-time data products and software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions that support institutional investors, banks and asset managers in the independent evaluation of financial instruments, the calculation of risk indicators and the automation of pre- and post-trade processes. Founded in 2013 as smarttra.de, the company has grown continuously in recent years. Today it counts financial institutions from Europe, the USA and Asia among its clients.
