Cologne A YPOG team led by Johannes Janning and Frederik Gärtner advised ALTANA AG, a global leader in true specialty chemicals, on the sale of its stake in the 3D printing systems manufacturer dp polar, to 3D Systems, a leading Additive Manufacturing (AM) solutions partner.
