YPOG advises KRONGAARD shareholders on the acquisition by Maxburg

Hamburg – A Team led by YPOG partner Jörn Wöbke provided comprehensive legal and tax advice to the shareholders of KRONGAARD AG, headquartered in Hamburg, in connection with the entry of the private equity investor Maxburg as majority shareholder as well as the reinvestment of the sellers.
