Berlin – A YPOG Team led by Benjamin Ullrich comprehensively advised buy-now-pay-later FinTech Mondu on its latest financing round. The equity financing has a total volume of $43 million and was led by Peter Thiel’s Valar Ventures with participation of existing investors Cherry Ventures, Fintech Collective and various business angels. In total Mondu has raised $57 million since its incorporation in August 2021 and was advised comprehensively by YPOG on all financing matters.
The fresh money is intended for the company's expansion into the European market. According to Mondu, the Austrian market will be entered in a timely manner.
