YPOG has appointed the experienced transactions specialist Dr. Miriam Peter as an Associated Partner. Based in Berlin, she will strengthen and expand the scope of the Finance practice led by Matthias Kresser. Miriam Peter brings many years of experience advising on complex domestic and international financing transactions. At YPOG, she will focus in particular on Leveraged & Corporate Finance and Fund Finance.
Before joining YPOG, Miriam Peter worked for many years as an attorney at Hengeler Mueller and Sullivan & Cromwell in Frankfurt am Main, most recently as European Counsel. In addition to her legal expertise, she brings impressive entrepreneurial experience that resonates with many of YPOG’s clients: In 2024, she founded a hardware-driven beauty-tech startup focused on solid perfume and successfully filed relevant patents to protect her innovations.
