Alexandra advises corporate clients and start-ups, private equity and venture capital funds as well as other financial investors on all aspects of M&A and venture capital transactions.
Education and Career
After completing a ten-month liberal arts program at Leibniz Kolleg, University of Tübingen, Alexandra studied law at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg. Alexandra also obtained an LL.M. from the UC College of the Law, San Francisco. During her legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal, Alexandra completed, among others, a training at the Federal Police Special Operations Command 11 in Berlin as well as at YPOG’s Berlin office.
