Antonia von Treuenfeld

Antonia is primarily active in the area of fund structuring. She mainly advises managers of venture capital and private equity funds on domestic and foreign structuring and all related issues, as well as private, public and institutional investors on their investments. A key focus of her practice is advising on ESG issues, in particular the implementation of SFDR and Taxonomy requirements and the continuously evolving accompanying regulatory framework, as well as impact fund structuring. Additionally, she advises start-ups and investors in financing rounds and exit processes.

Education and Career

Antonia studied law at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg and at the University of New South Wales in Sydney. She completed her legal clerkship at the Hanseatic Court of Appeal in Hamburg with stations at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Hamburg, the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development in Berlin and the German Embassy in Tokyo, among others. Before joining YPOG, Antonia worked as an attorney at SMP.

  • HV Capital, Headline, Speedinvest, World Fund, BlueYard, Rethink Ventures, Fly Ventures and various others in structuring various investment vehicles, particularly in light of sustainability-related disclosure requirements
  • Various investors and start-ups in the context of financing rounds
