Charlotte advises businesses and investors on all aspects of IP and IT law in the context of venture capital and M&A transactions. Her advice covers contentious and non-contentious matters including strategic advice in regard to business operations with a special focus on innovative technologies, particularly in the context of artificial intelligence and machine learning as well as SaaS platforms. Charlotte's practice also includes advice on regulatory issues of (AI) compliance and data protection law as well as general IT contractual and commercial law.
