Saskia advises fund managers on structuring venture capital, private equity, and crypto funds, as well as their investors, on all related tax, corporate, and regulatory matters. She focuses especially on commercial and cross-border structures.
Education and Career
Saskia studied law at Bucerius Law School, Hamburg, and at the National University of Singapore. During her doctoral thesis, Saskia worked as a research assistant in the tax team of a major international law firm. She completed her practical legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Hamburg, which included stints at Germany's Federal Ministry of Finance and in the corporate-tax department of a German listed company.
