Ninetta advises international companies and financial investors on all aspects of German and international tax law. She focuses on tax advice for M&A and private equity transactions, venture capital investments, restructurings, and employee participation schemes.
Education and Career
Ninetta studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich, specialising in Domestic, International and European tax law.
During her legal clerkship in the Munich Higher Regional Court district, which she completed in 2023, she conducted stations at a leading internationally active commercial law firm in the field of tax law and the Munich Fiscal Court, among others.
