Sarah advises companies, financial investors and founders on M&A and venture capital transactions as well as all questions of corporate law.
Education and Career
Sarah studied law in Munich, specializing in international private and procedural law. During her studies and afterwards, she worked as a research assistant in a Munich boutique law firm in the field of corporate law. She completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich and spent time at an international commercial law firm in San Francisco, USA. In addition to her work as a lawyer at YPOG, she is doing her doctorate at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich and has previously worked as a research assistant at YPOG's Munich office.
