Sarah advises companies, financial investors and founders on M&A and venture capital transactions as well as on all aspects of corporate law.
Education and Career
Sarah studied law at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, specializing in International Private Law and International Civil Procedure. During her studies and afterwards, she worked as a research assistant at a Munich-based boutique law firm, focusing on corporate law. She completed her legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich and spent one of her rotations at an international law firm in San Francisco, USA. She subsequently earned her doctorate from Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich.
