YPOG advises Capmont on the acquisition of a majority stake in Kramer Group

YPOG has provided comprehensive legal and tax advice to private equity investor Capmont on its acquisition of Kramer Group.

Kramer Group comprises Kramer GmbH, RTS GmbH and Gebäudereinigung Naheland GmbH. Founded in 1979 and headquartered in Heilbronn, the group operates across six locations in Baden-Württemberg, Rhineland-Palatinate and Bavaria. Its services primarily include regular contract cleaning for commercial and public-sector clients as well as healthcare facilities. The offering is complemented by specialist cleaning and facility services.

Kramer Group plans to drive its future growth through both organic expansion and further acquisitions, while broadening its range of services to include, among other things, technical building management. Founder Ralf Kramer will remain Co-CEO and continue to lead the group together with Rüdiger Holzäpfel.

“Having advised Capmont, an established private equity fund with a strong focus on the European small- and mid-cap market, on an acquisition marks another step in the expansion of YPOG’s Private Equity and Growth activities at its Munich office,” says Dr. Tim Schlösser, Partner at YPOG.

YPOG worked alongside PWWL, Buntscheck and Blomstein on the transaction.
