Berlin, 30. October 2023 – YPOG was awarded "Law Firm of the Year 2023" at the JUVE Awards last week. The award ceremony took place at Alte Oper in Frankfurt with around 1,000 invited guests.
According to JUVE, YPOG received the Law Firm of the Year award for its modern, technology-open law firm management. The firm's strategic approach increasingly resembles that of leading US deal law firms, which have a particular focus on technology. In addition, it was mentioned that no other law firm gets as many client recommendations and such high praise from competitors.
The firm's fund structuring practice has been explicitly praised. According to JUVE it has "developed brilliantly". The Berlin venture capital team is one of the strongest in the market. The strategic development of individual practice groups has also been particularly emphasized. In this context, JUVE explicitly highlighted the development in the areas of corporate law and M&A.
