Barbara advises financial investors and corporate clients on venture capital, private equity and other M&A transactions, as well as on general corporate law matters.
Education and Career
Barbara studied law in Münster and Luxembourg and completed her legal clerkship in Berlin.
She joined YPOG in 2021, having previously worked as a research assistant and as associate at SMP.
