YPOG expands its expertise in corporate litigation and arbitration: Stephanie Tutt joins the disputes team as an Associate Partner from January

Cologne, December 15, 2025 – YPOG is strengthening its disputes practice with the addition of experienced disputes expert Stephanie Tutt, who will join the firm as an Associate Partner in Cologne on January 1, 2026, working with the team led by Dr. Matthias Schatz. 

Stephanie Tutt has extensive experience representing clients before national courts and arbitral tribunals. Her practice focuses primarily on commercial and corporate disputes, as well as on national and international arbitration proceedings, particularly post-M&A arbitrations. Prior to joining YPOG, she gained valuable experience in the Düsseldorf and Munich offices of the international law firm Hogan Lovells, as well as in the legal department of Sixt SE.
