Berlin/Cologne – YPOG comprehensively advised the shareholders of Vimcar GmbH on the sale of their shares to the global investment company Battery Ventures. 

Battery Ventures will accompany Vimcar as a global partner in the next growth phase with the aim of creating a pan-European provider of digital fleet management. 

The mobility revolution poses significant challenges for companies with their own vehicle fleets. In addition to rising operating costs, they must meet CO2 reduction targets, often by switching to electromobility, while of course ensuring mobility at all times.
