Berlin – While working at SMP, members of the YPOG team advised venture capital firm 468 Capital on investments in seven tech startups. 468 Capital invested in Berlin-based career platform Talentspace, AI company Workist (formerly outsmart.ai), climate startup Climate Labs, graphic design platform Vectornator (formerly Linearity), energy-as-a-service company Frequenz, and e-commerce company Razor Group, among others. 468 Capital received comprehensive legal advice from a team led by Benjamin Ullrich. In the summer of 2020, a team led by Helder Schnittker and Stephan Bank advised 468 Capital on the formation of its €180 million fund for deeptech startups.
